Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey

Topic: Assessment of HR-Services for the european BASF-Group

        Requirements:

  • Employees of the european BASF-Group report any questions regarding HR in the shared service center in Berlin. Each inquiry will be logged in the CRM- System.
  • Each closed case will be automatically submitted via email to enka-Analysen from the CMR-System.
  • enka-Analysen will use the submitted email addresses to invite those employees to participate in an internal customer satisfaction survey, carries out weekly, within a one year time frame.  The survey invitation will be sent out Mondays, and the reminder will follow on Thursday.
  • The subject of the survey will is satisfaction with various Shared Service Center services. The results will be released in monthly reports, containing additional KPIs, generated by means of data from the CMR system and telephone system.

       Services from enka- Analysen:

  • Programming tools to automatically retrieve and store incoming email addresses from the CMR in a data bank. Automatic duplicate correction to avoid repeat participants. Employees who already participated will be blocked for 90 days.
  • Joint development of the questionnaires and implementation of online questionnaires in 7 different languages.
  • Weekly transmission of email addresses into the survey system, weekly mailings of invitations and reminders, surveys conducted weekly.
  • Operation of a server for direct employee feedback in the case of disagreements.
  • Programming of routines to automatically read and analyze the monthly incoming data from the CRM system and telephone system.
  • Programming of routines for survey data analysis.
  • Country PowerPoint reports generated monthly
  • Creation of a full automation PowerPoint report generator.
  • The monthly PowerPoint report combines the information from the weekly polls, the KPIs from CRM and the telephone system, as well as the feedback-server information.
  • Fully automated implementation of a traffic light system to label KPIs in the monthly report.
  • Annual analysis of the data from our programmed data bank, about emails received within a year: Showing how many inquiries for which topics were sent in to the Service Center.
