What is a continuous survey?
With a continuous survey, you constantly get the feedback on a specific process based on a defined trigger: entry into the company / exit from the company (onboarding, exit management), delivery of a product (logistics process), use of a specific service (service process), etc. You can thus obtain the concrete feedback of defined customer or employee groups in regular intervals.
What is the benefit?
With the continuous feedback you increase the process quality, as you can react quickly to changes with appropriate measures. Whether these measures were successful can be measured by the continuous feedback. You will receive a valid control tool for your HR, projects and processes. Our customers use the continuous surveys for ongoing evaluation of internal processes and the development of KPIs (for example, the services provided by shared service centers, peer feedback, project evaluations, etc.), but also for the ongoing consultation of external customers.
What is the technical challenge?
Ongoing surveys are usually event-driven surveys with automated sending of invitations and reminders. Information from a third-party system (ERP or CRM system) is required to control the defined trigger. The direct connection to such a third party system as well as the further processing of all relevant information are often time-consuming and cost-intensive for the IT of the respective customer. Therefore, we do not work with a direct system connection, but get all the relevant information sent by email.
On the customer side, this only requires a minor adaptation in the ERP or CRM system. All further measures to control the survey process then take place in our systems. As a result, complex connection and coordination processes are avoided and you make use of the full scope of our systems. For the survey itself you use the full flexibility of our survey system (jump rules, filter guides, plausibilities, etc.).
How does it work?
In the following overview, you can see how the entire process of a continuous survey works:
"Together with enka-Analysen, we have established a very efficient feedback tool with the permanent online survey of our internal customers: Worldwide, more than 100,000 employees in 170 subsidiaries are surveyed regularly in 14 languages on the quality of work of our regional HR shared service centers.
It is impressive how enka-Analysen implemented the high level of technical complexity as well as the regional special requirements into an online tool which, in addition to the data collection, also includes a real-time reporting of the results. The data transfer from our CRM system without direct connection was technically especially very demanding. Simply brilliant!"
